BabalúCafé Babalu is a unique and cozy place, with a friendly staff and homey ambience that makes it hard to leave. Light meals are offered for low prices, such as crépes, soups, and sandwiched, as well as delicious, fresh-baked cakes and deserts. New York Cheesecake is our specialty! The outside dining balcony is packed in the summer. Live music featured on many weekends. Open every day from 11 am to 11 pm.

The owner Glenn Barkan is from New York. Glenn moved the Iceland in 2004 to marry his boyfriend, Þórhallur Vilhjalmsson.
