A.A. meetings for homosexual and bisexual men and women are held on Laugavegur 3 Tuesday evenings from 9-10 p.m. The first meeting of every month is a step meeting.
The A.A. group for homosexuals also meets every Sunday at 1 p.m. at Tjarnargata 20 (the Yellow House). The group’s meetings are well attended by alcoholics who unite their experience, strength and hopes as homosexual and bisexual alcoholics and seek a new lifestyle – sober. Both groups hold their meetings in Icelandic, but guests are welcome to express themselves in the language of their choice.
