The annual bear weekend in Reykjavik, BEARS ON ICE will kick off for the 13th time August 31st and for four days bears and friends will once again take over Reykjavik´s gay scene.
The event starts with a Welcome Party Thursday August 31st at Petersen Svítan (Ingólfstræti 2a), a Friday Top-Off party at Gaukurinn (Tryggvagata 22) and Saturday Main Party at Ægisgarður (Eyjaslóð). Special guests to perform at the main party will be BeefminceLondon dj DJ Perfecto (HUN), DJ Dramatik (IS), singer and performer Páll Óskar and drag queen Gogo Starr.
BEARS ON ICE is a friendly men only social event for bears and friends. It's a not-for-profit event, organized by volunteers to spice up the local gay scene and introduce gay-friendly Iceland to foreign guests.
